1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Subscribers)
If you are subscribing for the first time, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge — for any reason, no questions asked. Your account will be downgraded immediately upon refund.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once charged. You can prevent the next renewal by canceling from the Account pageat any time — cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
If you forgot to cancel and the renewal was charged within the last 48 hours, contact [email protected] — we will refund renewal charges within this 48-hour window as a one-time courtesy, provided you have not generated any new images during that period.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions follow the same rule: full refund within 7 days of the first charge, non-refundable after that. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the end of the prepaid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial years.
4. Service Failures
If our service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle (more than 24 cumulative hours of downtime), email us and we will issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion. Upstream model rejections (content policy violations) are notconsidered service failures — failed generations do not consume your quota.
5. Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service(including prohibited content such as generating real people without consent or copyrighted IP), no refund will be issued.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected]from your account’s registered email address with:
- Your account email
- The Stripe charge ID or invoice number (from your receipt email)
- Brief reason (optional but appreciated for product improvement)
We process refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically takes another 5-10 business days to return funds to your card.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve over 95% of disputes by direct refund. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in permanent account closure.
